Evolution: A Physicist’s View of the Discrepancies of Creationism
From the viewpoint of a physicist, such as myself, evolution can be seen as a search for stability in everything. Using Schrödinger’s equation which includes the potential energy of the system as a function of its configuration, one can consider a system of atoms in a framework of non-relativistic quantum mechanics and statistics. This configuration is a set of values of all generalized coordinates of the system, such as the coordinates of all atomic nuclei and electrons. Using quantum mechanics and statistics as a background, one can describe a quantum, macroscopic, or microscopic system very elegantly and physically. All of these modern ideas were not known in the distant past when the ideas of Christian creationists and ancient Greek philosophers ideas about creationism and spontaneous generation, respectively. These ideas are intertwined with other elaborate ideas about human origins with respect to fossils as well as Darwinism and the many ideas that have emerged from Charles Darwin’s evolution theory.By using physics as a background for all of these ideas, one can come to the conclusion that if we want to see a stable or growing organization, there must be a relatively small number of agents which maintain the organization in which some energy is passing into the system, which later escapes the system as thermal energy. This flow of energy, where it enters the system in a low-entropy form and leaves the system in a high-entropy thermal form, is essential for preserving organization and produces stability. When comparing this to creationism and other ideas, it comes apparent that physics explains all of these ideas in a way that can not be challenged.
Making Money Raising Pet Birds
If You Enjoy Caring for Pet Cage Birds, Then Raising Them for Profit Could Be a Sweet and Profitable Business for You!Making Money Raising Pet BirdsIf you love birds, and one of your hobbies is raising your cute little budgie, beautiful canary, or peppy finch, you may have had thoughts about raising these birds to sell for a profit. Many pet cage birds are in high demand nowadays, and if you have the means, inclination, and space, you might want to consider starting a hobby aviary. If you plan your business strategy correctly, your rewards will be great! You’ll be doing something you love, making a modest profit, and bringing high quality pets and eager owners together. It’s a win-win situation! The first thing to consider when planning your new hobby business is profit. You don’t want to be spending money on your birds; you want to be making money. To do this successfully you have to determine which species to start your breeding program with. The ones that have not been bred in captivity are the species to definitely stay away from. The more common species such as canaries, parakeets (budgies) and finches are probably the best bet for most beginners.Domestic cage birds have long been favorite pets of Americans and Europeans. Canaries have been in demand for their beautiful color and pretty songs. In the 1940’s and 1950’s there was a “budgie boom”, where people were raising parakeets in their basements, backyards and barns. The demand for these little birds was great, and it seemed that the supply would never catch up! The striking colors of finches are what attract people most to this small bird. The most common of the finches is the zebra finch, followed by the Bengalese or society finch. Parrots such as cockatiels, lovebirds, cockatoos, and African Greys have been gaining popularity for many years. You can purchase a hand-fed baby for almost any breed of parrot today.Since Budgerigars (budgies for short), canaries and finches are the most common and easily bred domestic cage birds, we’ll center our discussion on these species.
